It’s easy to apply for an Investment Account over the phone and takes just a few minutes. Simply call for free on:

Our UK customer service team is available every day from 7am until midnight. For your security and to maintain the highest levels of service, calls may be recorded.

We will answer any final questions you may have and help you through the sales process. Please make sure you have the following information to hand:


  • A debit card in your name (Maestro/Switch, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit)

        Post

        Pick up a brochure from your local Post OfficeŽ branch or contact us and we’ll send you one. The brochure includes an application form and a postage-paid envelope for your convenience.

        If you are resident outside the UK, you will need to send your application by post, with documentary evidence of your identity and address. Find out which documents you’ll need to include with your application.

        You can also open an Investment Account over the counter at your local Post Office™ branch.
