Applying online is quick and easy. If you are having difficulties why not watch our short video which will help guide you through the process. If you still experience difficulties please call us and a member of our customer service team will complete your application for you over the phone. When applying by online, you can only buy Guaranteed Growth Bonds for yourself or jointly with someone else. (Please note: if you want to invest more than £99,999 you’ll need to apply by post – see below.)

It’s easy to apply for Guaranteed Growth Bonds over the phone and it only takes a few minutes. When applying by phone, you can only buy Guaranteed Growth Bonds for yourself or jointly with someone else. Simply call us free* on:

Our UK customer service team is available every day from 7am until midnight. For your security and to maintain the highest levels of service, calls may be recorded. We will answer any final questions you may have and help you through the sales process. Please make sure you have the following information to hand:

  • A debit card in your name (Maestro/Switch, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit)
  • If you already hold NS&I Guaranteed Growth Bonds, Guaranteed Income Bonds or Fixed Rate Savings Bonds, please provide your customer number

Post

If you wish to invest more than £99,999 or pay by cheque, you’ll need to send your application in by post. Click on the application form below to print a copy. If you are resident outside the UK, you will need to send your application by post, with documentary evidence of your identity and address.
