  • NS&I Direct ISA: call us free on 0500 500 000 with your debit card details, DISA account number and security information to hand. Calls from mobiles may not be free. Calls may be recorded. (Note that our online banking system has not been updated so for the moment you can only top up your account by phone or standing order).
  • NS&I Cash ISA: call us free on 0500 500 000 with your debit card details and Cash ISA account number to hand or post us a cheque together with a deposit slip (ask us if you need more of these).

How to open your NS&I Direct ISA

If you are eligible for the increased limit of up to £5,100 and want to open an account with more than £3,600 (and up to £5,100) as our online banking system has not yet been updated to the increased limit, call us free on 0500 500 000.

Do you save by standing order?

If so you may want to increase the amount to take advantage of the higher allowance. Just contact your bank or building society if you want to do this. Remember to take account of any additional deposits you might make during the remainder of the tax year.
