Case studies

The NS&I media team has an extensive database of available case studies including people who bought their Premium Bonds when they were launched in 1956, winners from 1957,  regular winners, high value prize winners and men and women of all ages across all regions of the UK, who have agreed to talk to the media and be photographed for print and broadcast purposes.

For example, you can talk to:

  • A man named Ernie, an investor in Premium Bonds since 1956 whose Premium Bond numbers are drawn most months, and whose father is also called Ernie!
  • An entire family who are avid investors in Premium Bonds! One family member has won £10,000 and numerous other prizes of which she keeps a log.

Unfortunately, all of the 188 people who have each won the £1 million jackpot since it was introduced in 1994 have declined every request to be interviewed by the media.
