Responsible for the design and implementation of a new suite of management and leadership development programmes for staff.

Responsible for developing the HR strategy specific to the UK retail bank, working with business managers and HR professionals at Group level.

Education: Degree in Philosophy Politics and Economics from Pembroke College, Oxford, as well as an MBA from Warwick Business School.
