Report a missing prize

We send out over a million prizes each month, starting with the higher value prizes and working our way through to the £50 prizes. If you have checked on this website and have been told that you've won a prize, please allow until the end of the month for it to reach you.

If your prize still hasn't arrived by the end of the month, write to us at the address below, quoting your Premium Bonds holder's number, the winning Bond number, the value of the prize and the month you won it. Please make sure you sign your letter - for your security we will only issue a replacement prize payment after checking your signature against our records.
