Change of address

For your security we cannot accept requests for change of address by email. To help us deal with your request more quickly, please write to us or, if you are registered for our telephone service, contact us by telephone.

By post

Simply write to us stating your name, date of birth, account, holder’s or customer number, your old and new address and your moving date. To help us update your details more quickly, please write to the office which deals with your product as shown below. If you hold more than one product, you only need to write to one office but please include details of each product in your letter.
