Celebrating Premium Bonds winners

The winner from the county of Worcestershire wishes to remain anonymous, however she said "Premium Bonds are a great investment whether or not you win the jackpot. I have held Premium Bonds for several years. I feel so lucky to have won the jackpot and intend to use the winnings on all the things I haven’t yet been able to do."

In Worcestershire just over 230,000 people own Premium Bonds, worth in total over £360 million. There are also over 4,450 unclaimed Premium Bond prizes in Hereford and Worcester worth a total value of £257,100. This is the second time that someone in Worcestershire has won the jackpot.

The winner from Devon also wishes to remain anonymous. In Devon over 389,000 people own Premium Bonds, worth a total of just over £709 million. There are also 7,147 unclaimed Premium Bond prizes in Devon, worth a total value of over £415,000. It is the seventh time that someone in the county has won the Premium Bond jackpot prize.

In June’s draw ERNIE paid out over 1.6 million prizes, together amounting to more than £103 million in value.
