Team Administrators (x2)

Package: c£22,500
Location: West London

We are seeking 2 Team Administrators to provide general administrative support to managers and their teams. These roles present an exciting new opportunity to join a strong team with competitive salary and benefits package.

You will undertake general administration responsibilities and provide efficient and professional support to the team managers through diary management, the preparation of meeting materials, and provision of an administrative support service to a wide team.

The ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in a similar role as team administrator supporting a number of managers, preferably within a customer focused organisation
- Strong Microsoft Office application experience, including Outlook; including the ability to use spreadsheets, databases, presentation software and other information systems
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills including the ability to take independent action or consult as needed
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective typing skills
- Good numeracy skills to deal with requisitions, invoices and expenses
- Able to provide a full administrative support service to internal meetings, e.g. agenda planning, taking minutes, coordinating meeting arrangements

Experience of minute taking is an advantage but not essential as training can be provided.

Online Marketing Executive

Package: circa £25000 with excellent benefits
Location: London

This is an exciting new opportunity to contribute to NS&I's increasing web presence and develop your knowledge of online marketing communications within an award-winning marketing and communications team.

You will be the online champion within the business, working across a range of projects, such as website redesign and marketing campaigns (including email, online competitions and sponsorship support). Another key part of the role is to support the Online Marketing Manager in the management and development of NS&I's consumer websites and those of our main partners.

Applicants for this role will be able to demonstrate their experience within a marketing communications role, ideally using online marketing techniques.

Key Requirements:

-General marketing communications experience, working in an agency or client side with agencies.
-Aptitude, interest and preferably experience of online marketing techniques.
-Budget administration.
-Ideally, experience of a regulated financial services environment.
-Good standard of secondary education.

People Director

Package: Up to £100,000 plus bonus
Location: London

We are looking to recruit a People Director as a key member of the National Savings and Investments (NS&I) Board, contributing to the vision, strategy and business performance to deliver our targets, set by government, in the retail financial services market.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the People Director will be responsible for implementing the people, organisational learning and internal communications agendas, as well as being accountable for facilities management.  He/she will shape and drive the organisational change that will enable NS&I to attract, develop and engage high quality people, build the organisation’s capability, and further bolster NS&I’s reputation as a great place to work. 

You will be an experienced senior HR professional with experience gained within the retail, financial services or service sectors, championing the development of a highly engaged, motivated and diverse workforce.

You will be a strong communicator, able to influence and manage a range of stakeholders, forming effective relationships at all levels.  You will also have a track record in delivering organisational change in a complex people-centric environment with strong delivery skills allied to a strategic focus, validated by exceptional results.

Customer Segment Manager

Package: circa £37,000 plus bonus & benefits
Location: West London (W14)

NS&I is one of the largest savings and investments organisations within the UK with over £81 billion invested and a customer base of over 26 million people. We have an ambitious strategy to continue our success by proactively raising our profile through our customer contact strategy.

As part of the Customer & Product Development team, you will work with the Heads of Customer Management and Customer Experience to develop and deploy our customer management strategy.  You’ll identify, evaluate and manage our customer segmentation programme to direct the customer offer and experience across our sales channels.

With a background in financial services or other large scale consumer services (eg telecommunications, utilities), you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable directing, presenting and working collaboratively with our stakeholders (including analytical and creative teams).  You will need to show strong campaign management skills (including writing briefs) and be able to act as a guardian of the customer experience for all communications activity.
